The Excogitation & Innovation Laboratory is pleased to announce its Best Editor of this Issue [Philosophic Nature, Vol. 1 (2009) No. 1] is Dr. Gregory A. Chass of Bangor University, who chairs as the Editor-in-Chief of Chemistry for this journal. He was nominated as the Best Editor for his large impact in the development of this journal and his distinguished editorial work which he thinks it is best to promote this journal in a significantly advanced level.
